By accessing or using PumpBotz.fun ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

PumpBotz.fun is an automated Solana token trading bot platform. The Service provides tools for monitoring, analyzing, and executing trades on decentralized exchanges. Users operate their own dedicated bot wallets.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.

3. Account Activation

A one-time activation fee is required to create a bot wallet and access the trading dashboard.
Activation fees are non-refundable.
Each Phantom wallet address may activate one bot wallet.

4. Fees

Activation Fee: One-time payment to unlock the platform (displayed at signup).

Mode Unlock Fees: One-time SOL payment per trading mode (Graduations, New Launches, Copy Trading, DEX Scanner, Whale Detector, MEV Sandwich, Volume Bot).

Trading Fees: A percentage-based fee is charged on each trade executed by the bot. Fee rates vary by mode:

Graduations, New Launches, Copy Trading, DEX Scanner, Volume Bot: 1% per trade
Whale Detector: 1.5% per trade
MEV Sandwich: 5% per trade

Network Fees: Solana network transaction fees (gas) and Jito tips are paid by the user's bot wallet and are separate from platform fees.

We reserve the right to modify fee structures with 7 days notice posted on this page.

5. Non-Custodial Wallets

Bot wallets are generated on-device. Private keys are shown once at creation and are never stored by PumpBotz.fun.
You are solely responsible for securing your private key. Lost keys cannot be recovered.
PumpBotz.fun does not have access to your funds at any time.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. Automated trading bots can and will lose money. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Memecoin and low-cap token trading is extremely volatile. Most tokens lose 90-100% of value.
The Service does not provide financial advice. All trading decisions are automated based on user-configured parameters.
PumpBotz.fun is not responsible for losses due to market conditions, smart contract exploits, rug pulls, or blockchain network issues.
MEV and sandwich trading strategies carry additional risks including failed transactions and slippage.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
Use automated tools to abuse the API or WebSocket connections.
Resell or redistribute access to the Service.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or successful trade execution. Maintenance windows may occur without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpBotz.fun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
